At Luxsaa Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.

1. Returns

Perfumes, attars, and fragrance products are considered personal-use items and are generally non-returnable once delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

Many fragrance retailers follow similar hygiene-based restrictions and only allow returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Original packaging, box, and labels must be intact.
  • Product seal must remain unbroken.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The perfume has been opened, used, or tested.
  • The seal or packaging has been tampered with.
  • The fragrance is disliked due to personal preference.

Because fragrance perception is subjective and perfumes are personal-use products, opened products are typically not eligible for return.

4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a replacement of the same product.
  • If the product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • Store credit, or
    • A full refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only when:

  • A damaged product is received and replacement is unavailable.
  • An incorrect product was delivered and replacement is unavailable.
  • The order is cancelled by Luxsaa Perfumes before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Luxsaa Perfumes will bear the replacement shipping cost.
